Gordon Price Music is happy to take your special order, charged to VISA, Mastercard or American Express.
In-Stock Merchandise:
Orders are usually processed the next business day.
Shipping:
Shipping times may vary, depending on your location and method of shipping. Most shipments are sent by Canada Post's expedited parcel service. Average delivery time within Alberta is 5-7 days.
Shipping fees are based on the weight and size of the parcel. While there may be some variances, the following averages apply:
Parcels 1 kg or less start at about $8.50, depending on destination. Parcels 2.5 kg or less, are about $10.50 and up.
For an additional fee, parcels may be sent by Priority Post. (2-3 day delivery, at a premium cost).
Packages may also be sent via courier, with shipping fees charged to your existing FedEx or UPS account.
All prices are subject to GST.
Out of Stock Items:
We are happy to take your special order. Delivery times vary greatly, depending on the supplier. For most Canadian suppliers, please allow 2-3 weeks delivery time. For American suppliers, please allow 4-8 weeks delivery time, depending on the supplier. Overseas and smaller suppliers may take 12-16 weeks for delivery. Please note that these delivery times assume the supplier has the item in stock. If the supplier is also out of stock, the wait can be significantly longer. Some items may require a deposit. Our sales staff will be happy to answer your questions.
We regret that we cannot make any guarantees on delivery times for products not currently in stock.
Please be aware that prices are subject to change without notice. International currency exchange rates apply on many of our products; such rates are subject to change, sometimes on a daily basis. We will try to give you an approximate price, but please bear in mind that some prices may be subject to change.
Return Policy:
Sales on reproducible items (books, videos, CD's etc), mouth instruments (harmonicas, tin whistles, recorders, etc), and clearance priced sale priced merchandise are final.
Other items may be returned within 7 days of purchase for exchange only. Items to be exchanged must be in new condition, and must be accompanied by original packaging and receipts.
