1) Why can’t I buy online?
At the moment, we are not set up with a secure on-line payment system.
2) What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard or American Express for mail orders. In the store, we also accept cash and debit cards. For mail orders by credit card, we may require additional verification of card-holder identity, to ensure your card is not being used by someone else in a fraudulent manner.
3) What is your return policy?
Any reproducible items – printed music, CD’s and DVD’s – are final sales, and cannot be exchanged or returned, unless it is defective, in which case it can be exchanged for another copy of the same title. Other items can returned within 7 days, and must be in unopened, unused and in new condition, and must be accompanied by the original bill of sale.
4) Do you ship orders?
Yes, we usually ship via Expedited Parcel Post.
5) What is your warranty policy?
Warranties vary from manufacturer to manufacturer, but we will be happy to provide you with the warranty details of the specific item you purchase.
6) What are my payment options (OAC - of course…)?
Subject to approval, purchases may charged on a 30-day open account, a 90-day no interest account, or a monthly payment plan. Ask your sales clerk for further details.
7) If I order today, when can I expect my purchase?
If we have the item in stock, average shipping time within the province is 3-5 business days.
8) Can I exchange a purchase?
Subject to the terms in question #3, yes you can.
